<image:title>Projects - Beach Condo - Boracay, Philippines</image:title>
<image:caption>This beachfront condo project began with no finished details and a clean slate ready for all interior specifications. The expat owner wanted to create a space for his overseas guests which was modern, comfortable, relaxed & tasteful. The design scope of work included wood plank flooring, locally sourced abaca fiber wall covering, light fixtures, custom-designed furniture fabricated in Cebu, kitchen design with walnut veneer and enamel cabinetry, caesarstone countertops and backsplash, custom window sheers and draperies, accessories and artwork from a local island artist. This empty space was transformed into a relaxed and chic beachfront getaway.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - Studio Condo</image:title>
<image:caption>This limited space studio condo located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Phillippines was gutted and re-designed for modern small-space living which meant every corner needed to considered for space planning & storage. The single open space was divided into multi-purpose areas designed to maintain an open flow yet be individually functional. Erik R. Lopez and Camille Dimson-Villaflor partners of Mood Interiors maximized the entire unit with design details that transformed it into an relaxed urban chic sanctuary. The ambient lighting plan that was created keeps a warm & cozy glow against the neutral color tones. The client's own art was paired with new finds on crisp white walls and new wood plank flooring throughout gives the feel of warmth & luxury.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - COAST HOTEL - BORACAY, PHILPPINES</image:title>
<image:caption>This ground-up hotel is the second project owned by Beach Design Hotel Group. The design scope included guest rooms, public spaces, lobby, function room, private dining, pool space & landscaping. The hotel consists of 60+ rooms, 3 private lofts, restaurant, 1 swimming pool, 1 dipping pool, roof deck & beach front lounge space. The design concept was inspired by minimalist mid-century sensibility infused with fun tropical modern Filipino details. The custom wood built-in's fabricated in Cebu offer texture against the clean white walls. Native Mindanao weaving company Yakang Yaka Barter was sourced for a colorful geometric collaboration of truly Filipino accents. The project scope included upholstered headboard niches & accent pillows custom handwoven and trimmed in Boracay sunset tones. Fresh white & grey bathroom tiles are paired with custom Philippines-sourced teak vanities to create a spa like atmosphere. The design goal was to promote Filipino culture through locally made pieces. Architectural design by: VBo Architects + Engineers.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - MARINA BAY RESIDENCE, SINGAPORE</image:title>
<image:caption>This newly constructed luxury building by Ingenhoven Architects is situated in the Marina Bay neighborhood of downtown Singapore. With views of Marina Bay Sands and the downtown waterfront, this relaxed all-white living space canvas became the backdrop for a tropical-lush and eclectic abode for a well traveled client. The goal was to soften the modular and rectangular floor plan by using round shaped pieces through out which became a theme of relaxed luxury. A cream coloured linen texture wallpaper was installed along the main wall to soften the white walls. A custom suar-wood dining table by Castlery in an organic edge shape follows the plan of the space and adds warmth. The playful use of custom bespoke furniture can be found through out the home. A half round mirror was placed to reflect views of the iconic Super Trees, Marina Bay Sands & the unit’s patio space. Durable patterned area rugs by Swedish design house Pappelina, we’re specfied both indoors & outdoors. A bed with slim built in bedside tables by Vietnam’s District Eight in American oak, steel and brass is the minimalist focal point for the master bedroom against a custom ombre wallpaper which was imported. A queebo rabbit chair by Stefano Giovannoni in a sage green colour sits beside a well-stocked bar cart to add fun to the dining space. The clients love for greenery was infused through out the space with live palms palms and houseplants adding life & brightness.</image:caption>

<image:caption>A private beach club nestled on a secluded beachfront in Puerto Princesa on the island of Palawan, Philippines. This native style aesthetic called for custom outdoor furniture designed in the old tradition of Filipino classic design and produced in Cebu. The iconic and historical Butaca Chair was custom re-designed in a comfortable streamlined version made of weatherproof outdoor rattan and placed in every private villa alongside mid century modern classic pieces. The poolside furniture was custom designed in a modern signature black and white motif to stand out against the lush Philippine landscape.</image:caption>
